    • Our products are made to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for payment processing. 3-10 business days for your order to be hand-crafted.
    • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping method. We offer free shipping orders over $450. For express shipping (5-9 business days), please contact us for a quote.  

    2. Shipping Fees

    • Express shipping fees are determined based on the size, weight, and destination of the package.
    • Any applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

    3. Shipping Confirmation

    • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order is dispatched.
    • We are not responsible for any delays or issues that may occur during the shipping process.

    4. Returns and Refunds

    • For our products, they are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their customized nature.
    • For free-standing floral arrangements, we aim for customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your products to discuss your concerns.
